I love movies and I love some of the classics.  So thought it would be fun to list which ones I thought would be cool to make an awesome remake of.  Unfortunately some remakes are a flop and not done right.  But if they could be done right, these could be awesome!  So here are my Top Ten... 10. The Birds This is an old "horror" movie that by today's standards is probably more of a comedy... lol  But I remember watching this as a kid and it freaked me out.  Every time I saw a bird sitting on a power line I thought that sucker was going to come peck my eyes out!  So I think with today's technology and new way of filming, they could actually make this pretty good! 9. Rocky There are several Rocky movies and a good boxing movie is always a hit.  But this iconic film made everyone want to be a champ.  Such determination and will power to win.  If not a remake,  how about a modern Rocky movie with his son vs the son of Apollo Cre...

I love cars, especially the fast and cool looking ones.  I used to drive a 1972 Chevy Nova and was a fun fast car, but how I have dreamed to drive a "super car" as they are called.  Well, for Fun Day Monday, I thought I would share my list of dream "super cars"!  We can all dream right?!  So here are my Top 10 dream cars.  And I love charcoal grey and white :) 10. Tesla Model S ($90k-$140k) This may not be so much of a "super car", but it sure is iconic and beautiful.   Would love to drive one of these bad boys with the huge LCD display/dash, fast acceleration and sleek design. Not to mention it is electric, so has that cool factor! 9. 1968 Ford Shelby Mustang GT500 (~$150k) Ok, this car was made super famous from the movie "Gone in 60 Seconds".  None the less, I have wanted one of these sweet rides since I can remember.  I am not a huge ford person, but I would take on of these in a heartbeat.  Pure American power and dream...

So I grew up an Idaho boy.  I think just about every meal had some form of potato in it.  Even the milk we had delivered (I'm not that old, but did have milk delivered...) had potato flakes in it.  I can say potatoes are still one of my favorite sides and meals ever!  So thought I would list some of the best ways to cook and eat potatoes.  Although I may  have a hard time picking these! 10. Potato Chip Now I have never made home made potato chips, but I think I will sometime.  Potato chips are a go to snack and a tasty one at that!  There are just endless options and flavors for every pallet.  Although these are good, I don't consider them to satisfy the connoisseur of a great potato dish. At any rate, grab a bag of your favorite fried (or baked) little potato slices and enjoy! 9. I have been to many places in the world and eaten some strange things.  So thought I would create a top 10 of the strangest foods from around the world.  Many of these you could not pay me enough to eat.  I am usually open to trying new foods, but I do have my limits.  So sit back or lean forward and check out some crazy foods people actually eat and enjoy! 10. Tuna Eyeballs - Japan Fish is a tasty thing, but I am not sure I could ever eat an eyeball... Yuck!    They are typically prepared by boiling and then adding soy sauce, sugar and sake.  Although it is said to taste similar to squid or octopus which I have eaten.  Some say it taste like a hard boiled egg, hmmmm.... The world has come a long way over the centuries, heck even in the last 10 years!  I have always wondered if people from the past could see where we are today, what they would think. Driving to work today along some farm land, I thought about people in the past and how they had to do almost everything themselves.  Now days with the advancement of technology and knowledge, it's a wonder we can even tie our own shoes...  We have everything at our finger tips and that is thanks to many inventions along the way. From electronics to mechanics, here is my top 10 inventions of all time. 10. The Wheel (~3500 BC?) Where would we be today without the wheel?!  From bikes to cars to toys and equipement, the wheel has had a tremendous impact to humanity.  It helps us get from point A to B.  It has even been used in the water wheel to grind grain. 9. The Clock (725 AD) Time moves whether we want it to or not, so man came up with a way to track it....
