So these chicken pizzas are really easy to make and super tasty. They require just a few ingredients and just a little kitchen know how. With just a little effort and a little time, you will have something tasty to satisfy any craving!

Here is what you will need to make 4 mini chicken pizzas:
Prep:
Cook Chicken
So for the chicken you can cook it a couple ways and doesn't really matter. Just depends on your preference. I like to fry mine in a fry pan seasoned with Mrs. Dash and some Accent (MSG). So just fry it till it's done to an internal temp of 165 deg F. Another option is to just boil it which is really easy, but not as tasty. Once your chicken is cooked to a safe 165 deg F, simply dice it up into small chunks and set aside for later.
Make The Pizzas
Now that your chicken is cooked and diced and all your toppings are diced up. It's as simple as putting them on top of the naan bread.
I put the chicken first, then onions and tomatoes, then top it off with cheese. At this point you can sprinkle some more Mrs. Dash to taste and put some garlic salt on. Just don't over do the seasoning. I usually just put a light layer.
Bake These Little Delights!
Once you have your naan bread all loaded up it's time to cook them. Put the pizzas in your oven that has been preheated to 400 deg F and let them back for 10-15 or until the cheese is all melted. You can then remove them and cut them up with a pizza cutter if you choose. Now all that is left is to enjoy, these are just delicious!

- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Small Onion
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese or to you liking
- Naan Bread (Pita bread can also work)
